Aurora Garden, Rome

This is one of my favourite hotel in KL. They have spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff are very efficient and professional. It will be better if they have a bigger lobby.

By far the best 5 star hotel in KL. For people in the 'know,' there is no other substitute.

The hotel look brand new! Service is good like usual. There is a link bridge to The Starhill Shopping Centre. There are so much choices now for dinning. The new restaurants in Starhill is one of the kind experience. I can even charge the bill back to my hotel room. Must try the new Spa Village it is so difference.

The service was excellent, comfort and comfortable in the room, jus like being at home, location so perfect with the service around. Best place and perfect environment.

I been over four hotels in KL and this is the best hotel I ever staied in my life (VIP Services).

Located in the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur, the Ritz lives up to it's standard but has a rather bad location. Rooms are about 400 square feet with many options availble for you to upgrade upon checking in. Staff are friendly and well trained, and if you're lucky, you'll see the King dining there. Location however is pretty bad. Although it's located in a popular shopping district, the walk to the shopping malls are not safe (no crosswalks, sidewalks and lots of traffic). It is however an up and coming location so you should see things improving a bit as time goes by.

I am a frequent traveller and I have stayed at numerous 4 and 5 star hotels. The Ritz-carlton hotel is my favourite of all. It may not be as popular as Mandarin Oriental and Sheraton Imperial. But if you're talking about exceptional service, then the hotel to stay is The Ritz-carlton hotel. The rooms are splendid and the executive lounge is a great place to unwind, and not to forget the beautiful ambience and mind blowing cuisine of Rossini's, the italian restaurant. My first impresion was why did they have such a small lobby ( which was very near the entrance )untill the day i checked out, I was greeted by everyone..from the desk officers to the bellboy...everybody at the lobby could see and greet anybody at the lobby. The welcome and farewell was so warm I felt like a celebrity. The stay was definitely memorable. I would highly recommend anyone to aopen their wallet and pay the hefty price of staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
