I love the Ritz Carlton, I had been to a few in my life time and of course Ritz has its reputation to keep up with worldwide. With a little experience in hospitality industry, I can bravely say that Ritz Carlton in Kuala Lumpur shall not dissappoint you. Although the location is a little hidden in the busiest side of Kuala Lumpur, the personnel there surely know how to make you feel important. The food is tasty as ever, no matter what you chose. The red wine collection is to die for given you are in this part of the world.

I like this place very much. It is very beautiful place. This place is very clean. The servicing at here also better than other place. Staffs at here very kind and helpful.

city was really electrifying and beautiful i dont think that any thing was like disliking l visit the city atleast one time you will find that i am not telling lies

The food is excellent, service is excellent. Place is well kept. Pools are clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Easy access to much needed things.

Though it is a bit pricey in comparison to other hotels in town but the execellent servie i received for it has more than made uo for it. The staffs there are very friendly and helpful which made our short stay there even more pleasent. You are treated like a VIP from the moment you step foot into the area.

The best in KL. Service was as good as the best I have seen. 5 Stars all the way.
