Top notch hotel, top notch service. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING about this hotel is supreme. Service is beyond amazing - front desk, porter, butler, maids, again EVERYONE. Location is great, the walkway leads into a high end shopping mall. The largest mall in KL is across the street, another small-shop type mall is nearby. Banks with ATM machines are all nearby. You can walk to the Petronas Towers if you want to. Highly recommended to everyone!

HEART OF CENTER CITY! EXECLLENT TO DO ALL SHOPPING N DINNING. EXTREME CONVINENT.TOO PRICEY. PLESANT SERVICE, CLEAN ROOM, FEEL SAFE AND SECURE TO STAY IN. ALWAYS FEEL BUSY NEVER GET BOARD, SO MUCH STUFFS TO DO.

excellent hotel with great staff. The service was faultless. The room was big and had a separate living room with a large tv. The bedroom was huge with a bigger tv. What a room. The bathroom was all a light color marble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Much better than the Shangri-La Hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel except maybe for their breakfast selection. The service, cleanliness, location and the coziness of our room is really something to be missed. I just love this hotel and would surely stay here the next time we visit KL.

Everything is great, except for a somewhat small and too shaded pool. One of those rooms that u can stay in the whole day without wanting to step out. Beautiful. Comfortable. Luxurious. A little steep though but at least up to standard.

My family stayed in KL Ritz Carlton for 2 nights in early May. I have done a bit reseach beforehand and picked Ritz cause many people on the net made good comments on the hotel esp on the service. Now I can say that I agree with what other people said. The service there is really excellent....the staff are all very friendly...and what impressed us most was all of them are very responsive and fast to our request. This is not a default in many 5-star hotel in the region and I think the butler service there is not just a gimmick. Of course the Hotel is not without any cons...the price is a bit higher...the buffet breakfast is good quality but choice are rather limited....the hotel guide stated there is complimentary laundary service but the butler told me the policy has just been cancelled...the swimming pool is quite small. All in all, I enjoy my stay in the Hotel and will definitely consider to stay there again if I travel to KL again.

I like the hotel environment and also the way their staff treat me. What i dislike is the place is not suitable because its hidden from the main road.

We enjoyed the fantastic service very much. When we arrived, an associate checked us in in our room so we could begin to relax immediately. She offed all kinds of information, answered many questions for us, and helped us make touring arrangements for the next day. We only wished we had stayed longer! Also, the price was fantastic -- an excellent value!

I like malaysia and its places particularly the malaysian airport which is the world`s most beautiful airport. I usually see its places on my television in advertisements showing all fascinating places and i like its punchline like malaysia truly asia.

In my experience, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is a place like no other. most of the time we hear pharses like "can i help you, sir" but at Ritz-Carlton you will be showered with " i will be glad if i can help you sir" at Ritz-Carlton satisfaction for the service of a five-star hotel is undoubtly fufiled.
