Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach

They made us wait until 5:00pm to check in "to finish cleaning".When we walked through the door there were stains on the carpets and the beds were not made.Everything was just piled up on the bed.The bathrooms had used towels hanging from the shower curtain and on the floor.It was awful and gross.We got our money back and drove to Carillon Beach and got a house for half the money.A three bedroom sparkling clean house with a pool a few steps away.A little golfcart resort.It was awsome.Don't waste your money on Longbeach.They are dirty and cost more.

Stayed at the Long Beach in May 2006 with 4 other adults..had a 3 bedroom condo. It was roomy and nicely decorated. Will be back! Floor plan was great for privacy , real nice place.

Loved the beach. The resort needs updated. Our condo needed repair work and was dirty. Service was quick but should have been done before we got there. Pools and spas were dirty. Would not go back.

Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Great location right in the heart of Panama City Beach. We had a two bedroom condo. The room was very comfortable. A home away from home. All the amenities one could ask for. Would definitely stay here again. This place really made a difference in how well we enjoyed our vacation.

We were just at Longbeach June 4-10 and although the weather was warm and pleasant, the pool water was so very cold. We had young grandchildren with us and it was too cold for them to enjoy. One of the things we always like at this resort was the pool but this time, the cold water made for an unpleasant stay.

We stayed here in 2005, and it was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. We were in tower 2, 3rd floor, 2 bedroom. The pool was georgous, and so relaxing with the waterfalls. The lagoon pool is why we will stay there again. It was worth every penny we spent to have that huge pool. My little boy thought he was in Heaven! The room was extra clean and beautiful. It was decorated with the upmost furnishings, and had everything! Also, the balcony was huge, and both bedrooms in a 2 bedroom open up onto the balcony, and have a huge glass wall so you can see the water at from your room. The entire place is gated, and security won't let you in if you're not staying there! The ONLY problem I had with this place is the jacuzzi. The one by the lagoon pool was so full of children swimming and snorkling in that you could hardly ever get in. After returning home, I wrote to the management about this but never got an apology, reply or even a "we can't help that' from them. I guess that kinda bothers me since the jacuzzi is very important to me, and even my little boy had no interest in it, he wanted to be in the pool. People shouldn't let their kids play in the jacuzzi.

Everthing was great we all love it down there!WE have gone for the last six years and wont stop!Thanks Long Beach for everything!It was beautiful!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your resort this past weekend 10 Feb - 12 Feb.for our anniversary. We choose the 1 bdrm. After many weeks of looking at properties in your area via the internet, we choose LBR. We were "totally blown away" by your accommodations. The room was exactly as it was pictured on the internet. This was the first hotel were I can say I had "NO" complaints. The room was clean and the building was so quiet. The staff was very accommodating and the room was first-rate. We plan to return next year and celebrate our 19th year anniversary.

It was so fun! They have everything you could want. By the beach down the street from walmart. It was the best! I loved my stay there & cant wiat to go back in october.

My husband and I went here last year We couldn't have picked a better place. We loved the fact that is was right on the beach, so you didn't have far to walk. The views were amazing. The unit itself was also excellent, nice decorations, clean, and very spacious. We also liked the balcony access from the bedroom, the large window/door makes the view that much better. The tiki bar/grill was also a nice addition to the already great lagoon area. The location of the condo is also a big plus, you didn't have to go far at all if you needed anything. In one word, this place is GREAT.
