A Coffee pot in EACH ROOM! Yes, and it makes one cup. And they won't give you more coffee grounds because, "Our policy is since yours is an extended stay, we give you a one cup serving per stay." Not per day - per STAY. "You should be able to buy coffee somewhere. " Yeah, and 1 cup-sized filters. whatever. No Ice Machine because, "Since this is an extended stay for you, you should be able to buy ice elsewhere" No Wake-Up Calls. "We are not set up for wake up calls." - okay, here's how you set up for it. You write a note that the guest in Rm xxx wants a wake up call for 9:00 am. At 9:00 am, you call the room. Wow! How about that, turns out you ARE set up for it. No Gym, No pool, no room service (but they will hook you up with 3rd party room service, if you want a $30 pizza that will take a stated minimum of 45 minutes to get there). Beds suck, but hey, it's not the floor and I guess since yours is an extended stay, you should buy furniture you like and have it moved in. Glad my company paid for my stay because there is NO WAY I would have.

This hotel is not family friendly, We booked on priceline, and the hotels agreement is 1 queen bed nonsmoking. We were a family of 3 & we could of gotten rm w/2 dd bds for a upgrade fee. Hotel does not have roll aways, we had to accommodate ourselves by getting an airmattress to put our teen on the floor. Hotel did not Offer us extra blankets or pillows. You get 2 pillows per room. Bed was Rock hard. Recliner was falling apart & wouldn't recline all the way while the sides were falling off. It was run down to say the least and safety was not a concern to the frontdesk when a fight was going on outside our door because the front desk would not answer phone. And our room was around the corner from the front desk. Worst experience we have ever had. FYI when bking on Priceline use a CC because you can cancel the transaction immediately after bking if you find the hotel is not accommodating for you Debit card is automatic guarentee nothing you can do about it. The hotel mngr did email us saying how sorry they were and were going to do what they could to make the hotel better. I emailed back and asked specifically how they were going to do that and they have not replied back... Bottom line there are a lot bette hotels in the area.

I've been staying at the extended stay for over a year and a half now working on a project in Springfield. The staff is all great they are friendly and willing to help you out. The rooms are nice with the full fridge stove and microwave and the staff does a wonderful job cleaning the room. The price is great for the value you get. I would like to see fresh brewed coffee available in the lobby though.

Desk Clerk was pleasant at 12:30am. room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was uncomfortable(hard). I "Pricelined" it for $45 for the night, which was worth it. morning shift Desk Clerk was helpful offering directions and a Springfield map upon check-out.

My wife and I spent the night there on our way to AR. The room was large, clean, and non-smoking with a king bed as we had requested after we got this hotel through Priceline. Kevin, the desk clerk was very helpful with info. on the area and showed us on the map where the Brazilian Grill was located. He even replaced a bulb in our room the moment I told him it was out. It was a very good value. I rated this room as excellent for a 2.5 or 3 star hotel.
