Terrible Customer Service

Our softball team reserved 15 non-smoking rooms and when we arrived some of our people had to sleep in smoking rooms. The staff was not willing to help 1 family out at all they had to check out and find another hotel to stay in but 20 minutes after they left we had a problem with one of the doors not locking and that family was moved to a non-smoking room that was not offered to the other family. I promise our team will never stay at another Comfort Inn as long as we are traveling around playing softball.
