found it very dated .no maid service and the tv and what chanels they get are lss then poor.the wrong room on the wrong side of the biulding can make a bad diffrence.the beds were the worse ive every been on

Don't book through Yahoo Travel.

The smaller room was clean and comfortable. The problem was it was a smaller room because Yahoo Travel doesn't ask if you want smoking or non. It was my wedding night, my bride has asthma and they told us the king I reserved was smoking because Yahoo Travel doesn't ask while booking. They offered a queen non-smoking instead, but no refund on difference because of booking through your website. I won't use Yahoo Travel or ESA again.

Complete disaster

We reserved 2x bed room well in advance to attend event in Vancouver. Upon arrival in Vancouver around 9 pm, we found out that hotel reserved only single bed room for us. The explanation was given that due to Travelocity reservations, they got wrong type of room reserved. In addition, our friends had the same story. At the end, we had to move to another hotel and pay higher fees, and our friend cramped together with kids to 1 king size bed. Better to call hotel directly and verify your reservation.
