Never go back again!!!!!!!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/03/09
This place is a big rip off. Dirty and not very nice people running this place would never, never, never go back. If you read the rest of the reviews you'll get the idea. The great reviews are by the owners. Stay away

Lovely experience, it reminds me of a beautiful cottage in Venice.
By nicole, 11/03/07
I like Hotel Biba because the of its tranquility and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and courteous also available to assist you. You can find on the weekend entertainments and a cozy bar you can just sit and converse(which i'm sure there are nightly entertainment my visit was on the weekend). The beach is only a few blocks away which made my vacation enjoyable. I would most definately book my next stay here and refer it to everyone i know. P.S The beds are great you will definately feel relax and enjoy a good nights rest.

Loved it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/29/07
It was different from anywhere else I have ever stayed, but I had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful and courteous! The beds and pillows were amazing, and the bar was so much fun! I plan on going back one of these days and enjoy the beautiful scenery!

a bad apple ruin the whole basket
By Bernie, 08/19/07
We stayed at the biba on aug 17 2007, it was ok until we asked for a memorable white shirt of my husband left at our room after we checked out the hotel,, the staff responded were simply "no", "there is nothting we can't do about it,, no sympathy at all,, it was a gift from my father who passed away 3 years ago,, I was deseperate; and disappointed about their service and attitude., it was a painful experience for me which I had never experenced before.,, I wonder what went wrong, the cleaning lady or the front desk staff?

Not Worth One Dime
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/12/07
Both my husband and I were completely disappointed. We had planned a trip for months to have a break away from our time consuming children. We were both completely disguisted with the cleanliness of the rooms & how deceiving the internet site was. We will never even consider this hotel again. Very disappointed

Dirty dirty dirty. The worst place to stay ever. Please aviod they are rude and unhelpful staff there. The rooms were filthy, with bugs and who knows what else. Pool water was green and slimey and the bar was way overpriced.

Bates Motel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/06
I had the worst experience of my life at Biba and I would rather not go into the details. I don't know how the owners sleep at night. Their website is false advertising. They are no better than snake oil salesmen. They prey off of middle/working class people looking for a vacation.

My so-called vacation
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/06
I recently stayed at Biba with my girlfriend after viewing the deceiving website. It was one of the most stressful experienceses of my life. I left the hotel feeling cheated and depressed having spent my hard earned savings on what I thought was a deal. My room was very dirty, the Avida soap in the shower was used and had a hair on it from a strange area of the body that I would rather not mention. The sheets were stained. The bathroom was in disrepair. The pool was really small, about 20'X30', and had old dirty leaves at the bottom of it. The room had a 13" TV and no cable. All the furniture was made of water stained ply wood. The decor reminded me of my college dorm. There was a strong gasoline type odor coming from the auto part store/junk yard next door. I never write reviews but I though I owed it to the public to write this one.

My Stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/22/06
If you are looking for a deal don't stay here. The website is dishonest. You are better off staying at the Motel 6 down the road.

Unflattering Decor
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/22/06
It looks like they were trying to do W hotel feel, but felt more like a Staten Island, NY night club. My room was small and seemed dirty. The pool overlooked an auto part store. Bartender was cool and the staff was nice. I was awaken at 4am to the sound of a train horn. It is across the street from a railroad crossing. Ok place to stay if you are in college and on a tight budget.
