I AM WRITIONG THIS WHILE I AM IN MY 2ND DAY AT THIS HOTL...AT 9AM I GAVE MY DIRTY TOWELS...IT IS 1:32PM AND STILL HAVE NO CLEAN TOWELS...CALLED FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD HE HAS NO CONTROL OF DRYER, AND I SHOULD SPEAK TO HOUSEKEEPING...I ASK FOR MANGER AFTER HE MADE IT CLEAR HE WAS FRONT DESK...NO MANGER..SURPRISE...NO!!!!! I ARRIVED ON A THRSDAY NIGHT,,,LEAVING ON SUNDAY..COST ME OVER $500.00, FOR THIS TYPE SERVICE...I WENT TO WINDOW TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT A DAYS INN BY MISTAKE...
VERY UNHAPPY GUESS ..BEING I HAVE USED THIS BRAND HOTEL BEFORE...
