Super 8 Ft Worth Downtown, Fort Worth

Although the lobby looks promising, this hotel is dirty everywhere, has mice in the rooms, electrical and other hardware in rooms is in poor repair, stains on countertops, and a staff that is so completely overwhelmed by complaints that they don't even react anymore to you stating a complaint. Reservations are cancelled on bogus reasons, meeting space is booked to contract and then dropped because of double booking. Beds are comfortable though and rooms were relatively quiet. Smoking done in non smoking rooms too. Breakfast not as complete as advertised. Housekeeping cannot clean all the rooms after a full house even by 6:30 pm the following night. Don't stay here!
