Not what they claim to be

We went to visit the area for an evening and chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. We went to enjoy this feature and discovered it was like ice water. My wife wouldn't go beyond putting her feet in. We told the clerk that checked us in and she said she would inform the manager when he came in the morning. When checking out he said that he wasn't told and that he was sure there was no problem and I didn't know what I was talking about. My wife is from Michigan and I have enjoyed swimming in the lake in May up there. This was cold. I like a cool pool, but when it feels like a water hose coming out the filter jets; that is too extreme! Don't blow your customers off either, especially when your breakfast consisted of 4 kinds of cereal and nothing else! Deluxe breakfast my butt! We plan on 2 or 3 trips a year to the area, there are plenty of other hotels that will get our business. This one certainly won't!!!
