Do not trust management. Says one thing then comes back with completely opposite. Ripped us off for more than $200 on the weekly rate. If we weren't traveling, we would have taken him to court. Complimentary breakfast is a joke. Never go and never go back.

i like this place cuz its real close to everythin that i need to go nd i been stayin there for the past 5 years nd i wouldnt go any where else

This is a very clean, luxurious hotel. The manager is the nicest, most well dressed women I have ever seen. If you ever have a problem ortroubles she makes you her first priority. The maids there may look like rhinos though, but they sure know how to clean a room. The Jacuzzi room truly the most exquisite place I have ever been. A large king sized bed, firm but not too firm, a large, 3 person tub, and many stone statues giving a tranquil, peaceful look to the place. The area is also very nice. There are no rats or trashy people running anywhere and you do not wake up in the middle of the night because of any obnoxious people of hotel workers. I strongly recommend this hotel to any weary travelers or vacationers.

Many things about this hotel are admirable. It is not a 5-star hotel but is still very clean, comfortable, and has the simple nessesities of a room. The prices are well worth it and is a must visit hotel in North Hollywood.

We have stayed here several times mainly because it is one of the most reasonable in the area. Rooms are so-so at best. Staff is not very friendly and the continental breakfast is poor. It is in a seedy area but have never had any problems. Rates seem to change at staff discretion

Each time I called the prices were different (higher) and the woman on the phone seemed to be making things up as she went along to justify the price differences.

We are frequent travelers and at first glance hesitated when we saw the location of this hotel. The neighborhood looks a little rough but the parking lot is gated. The manager was not friendly but the room was clean and we were not awakened by any street noises ect. It is a decent place to stay for a night or two.

Great place to stay! Service is great area is well lit and suites are really nice.
