6 reviews for Comfort Inn Waynesboro, Waynesboro
worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
By Tommy, 01/10/10
The night of check in I had to change rooms 3 times to get one with heat. I woke up and attempted to take a shower, but there was no hot water. There was enough hair in the bathroom floor to make a rug. The room was dirty, carpet stained, and overall it was disgusting. I will be calling corporate office Monday.

Good Choice
By Christine, 05/12/07
This facility was recently remodeled, bright, spacious and clean -- this was true both of my room and of the common areas. Having a coin operated washer and dryer on the premises was nice; wireless Internet worked well in both the rooms I occupied during two stays. The coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave were in very good condition. The exercise room was adequate to my interests; in general, the mild climate and fine environment for walking provided enough fitness opportunity for me; it was nice to have some exercise equipment for days when I was too busy to get out much. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The nightly rate seemed reasonable in comparison with other accommodations in this area.

Still Not a Very Nice Place
By Christy, 06/08/06
We stayed here last year hoping that they did some improvements. We send comments into headquarters. The staff is incredibly nice, that is the only saving grace for this hotel. The fitness room is still defunct! The same ancient cardio equipment (recumbant bike, upright bike and treadmill-NOTHING ELSE) does not work! When I told the front desk they said it had just been serviced, that is what they said LAST YEAR! We had pubic hair behind the commode and the tiles in the bathroom floor needed bleach for the grout, very gross. The sink does not drain properly, if you brush your teeth the sink will fill up and take 5 minutes to drain. AND the commode will NOT flush unless you lift the tank cover and tap the watersaver to fill the tank! They said there was nothing they could do about that. Very overpriced for the quality of hotel, this is a $50 a night hotel at best. Find another place to stay. I know I will!

Great hotel
By Dude, 08/08/05
this is a great hotel for one staying a noght or two. cheap, big rooms, hi speed internet, almost all the great luxeries as if being at home, pool as well. Kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. once again, great hotel for a fair deal. the scenic in the morning or late afternoon is superior. try to get a room facing I-64, you see the sun rise in this beautiful scenic mountain area.

It was a place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/05
Just an average hotel. Room was very large and clean, bed was confortable. They advertise an exercise room but the 2 bikes and the treadmill were all ancient and DIDNT WORK! Very disappointed as I didn't get to exercise.
