A great place to stay !.

From the moment I walked in the door I was met with a friendly attitude. I made a special request for a certain room because my wife cannot walk long distances (on oxygen). Patty, the desk clerk replied "Done". Now that is service !. Also there was another person that worked the desk that was very helpful and his name was Ted. The Continental Breakfast was very good and not allowed to run out. Marilyn was the host of the dining room and was very friendly. It's nice to talk to a person that is cheerful in the morning. Rooms and bath were very clean as were the public areas including the pool area. We had other members of our family staying here at the same time for a funeral and all were happy with the accomodations, breakfast and friendlyness of the staff.

Hampton Inn @ Pawleys Island

I have been making monthly weekend trips to Pawleys Island and have been staying at the Hampton Inn for the past 6 months. The hotel is conveniently located on Rt 17 about 20 minutes south of Myrtle Beach Airport. Their room rates are very competitive, the rooms are clean and the service is quite friendly. They provide a nice buffet breakfast in the morning and it is not uncommon to find fresh baked cookies in the lobby late afternoon / early evening.
