5 reviews for Comfort Inn North, Colorado Springs
Wonderful!!!
By jn, 07/13/08
This was the best experience we have ever had. The service was top notch, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect!!!! The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also made sure our room was clean every afternoon. We stayed for four nights. It was wonderful!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! I would also like to thank the staff there for making us feel at home during our stay. Well done!!

Great place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/17/08
This hotel is in a great location for people who are traveling to see the sights of colorado springs. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to us. The rooms were also very nice and clean and we feel like we got a great rate for our stay.

never go back!
By Scott, 08/08/07
The rooms were smelly and musty. The pool was so small it was not worth having and the hair extension floating in the pool was just an added touch to how nasty it was. I couldn't see the bottom and refused to let my kids swim there. The staff wanted me to pay ten dollars a night for a "complimentary" crib. The furniture was old and the exercise room was also way too small and not worth having. I have been in much nicer places for the same amount of money and was so disappointed that we chose this Comfort Inn. Never again!

What was I thinking?
By Dawn, 10/19/06
Hmmm, where to begin. Ok, the room was ready on time. Thre were many dogs on site because there was a German Shepard show in town. Not too bad there...but it was down hill from there! The exercise room was nothing more than a large closet with 3 machines in, 2 of which didn't work and one was downright dangerous. When I reported this to the front desk, the only response I got was oh really? I will look at it. The pool wasn't any bigger than my dining room table and the whirpool was over chlorinated. When the sun came up we found that the drapes in our room were full of moth holes! Went to take a shower and the curtain rod was lose and about to fall off the wall. I had set a paperbag of food containers out in the hall the second night and it wasn't picked up...when I reached out to grab the paper the next morning someone had left XXX rated dvd's in our garbage! YUCK. That night we came back from dinner to find a plunger just laying in the hall. The staff wasn't overly helpful or friendly nor did they seem to care! I was so disappointed in this place. I am sorry I booked it all on Yahoo travel, I should have looked further. There was a Fairfield Inn just up the road. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again!

Great Experience at Great Hotel
By , 09/08/05
This hotel is just enough north of the city to be out of the traffic, but close enough to allow quick access to most town attractions. Hotel staff was friendly, room and hotel overall were clean, and price was good for a nice suite room. Morning breakfast was limited in choices. A few restaurants and business were close buy but had to drive back into the city for most things. Also, there is a nice miniature golf course right across parking lot and walking trails behind hotel.
