We won't go back!

I waited fifteen minutes to check-in. When I was finally check-in the first room I went to was occupied. The second room I went to was dirty. The third room I went to was missing the bathroom celing,and had a strong smell of mold. When I went back down to the front desk there was no apology. There was no dicount,or refund. The manager stated that the it was an independent hotel and that it was the owners rules were no refunds, or dicounts. I then left the motel in hopes of a better place to stay.
