One of the best Homewood Suites in the country!

We travel extensively for business and consider this location to be a home away from home. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, filled with flowers, the staff is superb, the manager Cari is very hands on and personable and the housekeeping staff is very friendly and accomodating. If you are entertaining the idea of a long stay near the Portland/Vancouver area for business or taking a leisurely break with your family, this is without question the place to stay. location was perfect

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Great Room - Amenities

I travel alot for work. I attend a conference every year in Vancouver and this is where I stay. There is a Hilton not far from my meeting place, but I choose to stay here. I love this place!!! It is off the beaten path, thus no traffic noise! I do not need a "room with a view" when I am travelling for work, that is saved for vacation time. Loved the room, loved the service, loved the amenities, loved the bed, loved the location!
 
 
 
 
 
This is the gem of Vancouver

Our family stays with the hotel every year. As soon as we walk in the door they all come and say hello. The staff has been there for years and the ones that haven't fit right in and greet us just as if they have always been there. The location and services are above the rest. You can't beat being in this city and staying at the Homewood. It is definently the gem of Vancouver. The staff and location combined make it that. We always know we can count on a safe, secure, loving and caring time at the hotel. We look forward to our yearly vacation to see family (not just biological) We 100% call the staff at the Homewood family.

Romance Package -So Disappointed

Motel has no views of the Columbia river. A "view" is a view of the courtyard and pool area. Wanted room with firelace. Arrived and discovered fireplace broken. Response... we're sorry, no other rooms available. Later discovered TV Remote and dishwasher also not working. No compensation was offered for fireplace problem when we checked out.
