Most likely wont stay here again

Before we left for our trip to Pensacola, I called for a quote on the room. I was quoted $64.99 and when I got there I paid $110.99. So they gave us our room. Then we ended up switching rooms. When we got our second room they told me I could pick up my refund in the morning. In our room, the floor was extremely wet and it stayed that way the whole time. The recliner was broken. And the TV kept messing up also. There was no one there after hours to get extra towels or blankets from. Also, if you forget shampoo, you can plan on paying $2.00 each time you want to shampoo your hair because there is none in the bathrooms. Then when I went to check out, they inform me that they do not have the money in which they owe me. They asked could I come back the next day to pick up my money. So now, the money they owe me is being mailed to me. I do give credit to the workers though, they were very nice and understanding. I probably won't stay here again. But for anyone who does, make sure you get what you pay for.
