Quality Inn Fort Campbell, Oak Grove

First off, I am not typically the picky type, and I do not make a habit of writing negative reviews... but this particular place is just that bad. My wife and I stopped off here on the way to another area in Kentucky. We have used the Quality Hotel chain often in the past, and usually it is excellent. Upon arriving here, however, it became evident that there is at least one exception. The room was not even remotely clean, to start with. There were greasy handprints all over the wall mirror, and the comforters had various stains. My wife made the unfortunate discovery of pubic hair on the mattress. The mini fridge did not work and leaked water when we tried to use it, and the wireless internet signal was extremely poor. Could only connect right by the window, and the speeds resembled dial-up. Front desk not interested in helping. There was no elevator... this would have been less of a hassle if the one and only ice machine hadn't been on another floor. And for all that, it was WAY overpriced for what we got. About $80 for a room that should have been more like $40. Overall I have had great experiences at Quality hotels, but this one made me realize that one must ALWAYS research an individual place before booking a room. Dirty, felt gross sleeping here, staff was unhelpful, and overall just a bad stay.

My room smelled of urine that was coming from in between the bed and the night stand. I told the manager about it and they sprayed air freshner which did nothing for the disgusting smell. I ultimately left the hotel with flu like symptoms after three days of the urine smell taking over the room. This was by far, the worst hotel stay, with the rudest staff in the United States.

I would not recommand that anyone stay at this hotel. It was bad service and my engagment came up missing. The day I checked out of the hotel,I realized I had left my ring in my room. The following day I had called up their and they told me NO they had not found it.. So I drove from my home in Tennesse to the hotel to see if I could check the room. The girl at the desk told me someone had checked the room out.. When i walked pass the room, the curtains were wide open and no one was clearly in there.. Even the lights were out. I have recently filed a police report and hopefully one of the thefts will tell me where my ring is.. PRAYING TO GOD

This place is nasty. Upon arrival to the room, I immediately noticed the sheets were not clean on one of the beds. There was no way anyone should have missed what I saw. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds. I complained with no luck. The person at the front desk said they would come change the sheets. I asked for the tub to be cleaned too as it was filthy. Instead, I was offered another room. It too was nasty. When I pulled the comforter back, a dark red stain was clearly visible on the sheets of one of the beds in the new room. I went back to the office and asked the person at the front desk to accompany me to both rooms so they could see it themselves. I was offered a third room but flatly refused. I was also offered a free nights stay at a later date but also refused. Only after they inspected both beds, in both rooms, was an offer made to refund my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

On a trip from Chicago we got stuck in a bad snowstorm that delayed our trip. When we arrived in the wee hours of the morning, due to the terrible weather delay, the hotel management had given away our room. They said they called but had the wrong phone numbers for us. They said they had another room that someone had checked out of earlier. Management needed to saw off the safety lock to get us into the room. Once inside, we noticed the heater plug fused to the wall with scorch marks around it. The heater did not work. We now know why the previous occupant checked out. Management wanted to fix it in the morning, while it was -2 degrees outside. They then challenged us regarding a refund.

I liked the room for the most part , the only thing wrong was the cobwebs around the ceiling . But , other then that the staff was friendly , the breakfast was nice and the rates were very reasonable . If I was in the area again I would return .

I stayed there in Aug 07 to visit a friend at ft.Campbell and i liked it. Thestaff was helpful, the room was clean. The bathtub was very large. Tv kinda small but it was ok. I didnt notice any bugs or weird things. It was very nice for the price. Every now and then you heard people walking up and down the stair but it is a hotel. the parking lot was well lit and had enough close parking space or ones where you could see you car.

I am not sure what to say about this motel. I am not sure to to even call it a motel, because I refer to it as a unclean, bug infested building. I would not recommend it to anyone.
