Would never step foot in here again

First I booked over the phone with my wife's card before I left, thought I had everything taken care of. When I got there they wouldn't let me use her card and I had to find another way to pay because I didn't have the card with me. The lady at the desk was nice enough to discuss this with the next guy in line. I complained online stayed there 2 days. In that time the sink and bathtub wouldn't drain at all. I complained online again and for my third day I was asked to leave and had to go to another hotel. I thought the entire stay was horrible and would never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone

A excellent choice

I would stay at this hotel everytime I visit Sioux City. The Hotel is so so clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful, the room was just as you would expect. The continental breakfast was the BEST I've had, wonderful choices, even a waffle maker!!!! Nice clean pool, not the largest, but still very nice. I traveled there with my husband and two kids, 9 and 2. It was my 2 year old's first experience in a hotel and all considering it went really well. The staff even offered us a playpen for him to sleep in. Good Choice.
