Comfort Inn, Stafford

I speak with close to 100 hotels per day as a part of my profession. Comfort Inn as a whole is generally good but this particular hotel staff was by far the worst I have ever communicated with. The young man at the front desk hung up on me the first time I called to ask a few simple questions, but not before he took the opportunity to be rude. I called back and spoke with a woman who was also rude and refused to put me in contact with the General Manager. This is the staff one must deal with should they choose to stay in this hotel.

great locale for a visit to DC, lots of eats nearby, very convenient to Metro, the staff was top-notch, especially the breakfast hostess. definitely a return stay kind of place.

I liked so many things about this Comfort Inn. 1.) The Front desk Staff are extremely professional and courteous. 2.) Check-in was a breeze. 3.) The room was very clean and the A/C was even on 4.) This Inn was located across the street from Applebee's, Chili's and a HUGE shopping center that contained a Target, a Starbucks! and much more! 5.) I think the value for what you received is fairly priced. 6.) The hi-speed access is FREE and in every room and they even have WIRELLESS access. 7.) The continental breakfast is decent. The normal pastries, cereal, juice, bagels, and coffee. 8.) There is a small pool. 9.) House keeping and Maintenance are EXTREMELY friendly and come when requested FAST! 10) They also have a small exercise room that has a tredmill. I did not go inside. They also have a small business center with a couple of computers for guest use. I HIGHLY recommend this Inn.
