Stay at the Outlaw inn or the El Rancho instead. You will thank yourself.

The place is a rat - hole. The bed is totally uncomfortable, along with the mangy pillows and couch. The tv is super small, equivalent to motel 6 tvs. The dresser and table are so small too. The towel hanger in the bathroom is hanging by a thread, and the maids do not even recognize they are broken. The tub is super small, mini - me size. Do not even use the jacuzzi. It is crumbling. Just feel the seat area in the jacuzzi for yourself! You can grab a chunk of plaster, and hold it up in your hand! Not a pretty site! This is all true. If you don't believe me, then experience it for yourself. The general manager has no sense of customer service, and cares only for herself. She doesn't belong in the hospitality industry!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Hampton Inn. The room and bathroom was HUGE. Everything was clean and very up to date. The room had a microwave and fridge. This was a perfect place to stay on the way to Yellowstone.

I was so pleasantly surprised! The staff was cordial and efficient, the gift shop very appropriate to othe area and the "breakfast room", available at all times, was spotless. . . The lobby was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. . . you wanted to "hang out". . .The room large and comfortable and sparkling clean! I am a single female and often travel alone. . . I was only sorry I could only spend one night. . .I will go back!!!. . .I've paid over $250 per night and had not nearly such a clean, friendly comfortable place to stay!

I cannot say enough good things about The Hampton Inn and Suites in Kalispell. We love the Hampton chain anyway, but this one far exceeds any other. The beds are so comfortable, and the rooms are just amazing with a pull out couch if you need it. They also put in little fridges which is so handy for parents of young children. The swimming pool and hottub are great, and they are open 24hours! In the morning, the breakfast is second to none. You get hot food, and it is delicious. Trust me, you won't want to stay anywhere else in Kalispell... believe me, we tried. Our last visit we stayed in the Super 8 because the Hampton was full. The bed was uncomfortable, the fan broken (like a sauna in the room) and overnight our vehicle got broken into. The extra cost is well worth it. Wonderful place to stay!

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kalispell Dec. 22-23, 2006 and found that it far exceeded our expectations. Hampton Inns are always good, but this one was perfect. The clerk was an ex-Marine named Samuel and he had people skills that are not seen often these days. We were upgraded to a suite that was decorated like a home and all of the amenities were there. The weather was cold and snowy, but the atmosphere in this Hampton Inn was nothing but warm. I highly recommend it! The Inn was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, it is well located, and the whole staff was exceptionally friendly.
