great place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/9/08
There are several hotels next to each other. Comfort Inn is the least expensive. No frills, no pool, but a nice, clean, comfortable room. Hotel is totally non-smoking. Typical breakfast, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy access to many restaurants and malls. No, it's not a resort, but for the price, you can't do better.

not good
By tonya p, 3/28/06
it was in west virgina those people are rude and arent nice to black men and white women in a relationtionship. rude!!!!!!!the service was horrible. i might go to one in louisiana but, not to west virginia again. it sad to we had to pay 90 dollars when we just left a hurricane called katrina.thats horrible when something like that happens look on computer or look at ids to be able to help hurricane victums. dont be predudice or racist in times like that we are humans too.

Good service, poor room
By JerimiahF, 6/23/05
Reservations were made for a non-smoking room several weeks in advance, however upon arrival received a smoking room. When asked, the front desk claimed that they only had smoking rooms in the entire building (too bad one of member of my party had allergies to smoke). The room itself was older when compared to previous locations of the Holiday Inn Express that I've stayed at. Cleanliness of the room was questionable with dusty footprints covering the floor and non-functioning lights. Aside from the questionable room, the service was acceptable and friendly -- even when performing an early checkout due to the smoking room.

Comfortable room for a good price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/16/05
Clean, comfortable room for a decent price. Easy access off the freeway. For a basic 'Express' type hotel it still had decent amenities including a basic exercise room and nice continental breakfast spread. The only problem was a noisy air conditioning unit in the room. Also, if you book online bring your confirmation paperwork. When we arrived their computer didn't show the room had already been paid for. They resolved the problem quickly.

Awful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/22/04
I asked for two beds and only got one. The room had no towels, soap, shampoo, and had not been cleaned.I had to wait 2 hours for clean towels. They gave me a handicap room and I am not handicap. At the end of my stay I asked if I could get a discountand they said no. Instead they gave me Holiday Inn points. If anybody can help me out on this I would appreciate it. Thanks, R.Hal Wright
