Holiday Inn Express Valley, Spokane

This hotel was great for my business travels. ZERO complaints

I am a loyal marriots rewards member. On my way to Montana, I had my dog, a 130lb German shepherd. As the dog exceeded the weight limit at the residence inn, I began looking for another option. Well...where do I start...although Marriott may pride themselves in many regards...they could learn a valuable lesson by sending some of their executives to stay at this holiday inn express in Spokane. The customer service and family-pet friendly policy was far superior than anything I ever experienced at Marriott. Let me be clear: I am not complaining about Marriott. This holiday inn express was just that good. Is every holiday inn express that good, no. But this one in Spokane with the golden retriever Kipp was in fact a better experience than I ever had at any Marriott, ever. Dog in tow or not, this has got to be one of the best hotels in the city. Customer service and personal touch are so important and so rare in so many things we pay for on a daily basis; this place has it figured out. This is the first hotel review or any review I have ever posted. I'm just that darn impressed, and wifey is thrilled too!

This hotel is VERY military friendly. I was very impressed with the service, the staff, and the rooms. I stayed in two seperate suites (They were both outstanding) And I can say that I will stay here agian if I every find my self in Spokane, hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Not a good value. Small room, exterior lights light up rooms at night, shower had cold water in the morning. Breakfast not great, but not bad either. Dining room too small for number of guests

They have recently remodeled and it looks great. The service is always superb. Thanks for a great stay
