DO NOT STAY HERE

The worst experience we have ever had. Arrived around 5:OO PM checked in the room then went and ate. Returned around 10:00 and started to go to bed when we noticed bed bugs of all kinds and sizes. There were litterally hundreds of bugs in the bed and pillows. Called the office and told them to give us another room. Got to our second room and the same thing!!! More BED BUGS!!! they did not give us a refund or anything. We left and went to another hotel. Do not stay at this hotel!!!

Hot, Broken, Musty

We checked into our room back in March. When we walked in it smelt like Mildew. Very Musty. The a/c unit wasn't getting cold. Very Warm. Our TV didn't work at all during our stay. We didn't have any telephone books.

Quite Nice

Stayed weekend of 6/24/06 The staff was very friendly throughout the weekend especially at the front desk. All the appliances from mini fridge to microwave worked. The bed was pretty tall and comfy. The location was excellent. The only area that needed attention was the wallpaper in the room. A couple areas of the wallpaper were becoming lose. Other than that, Great Hotel. Rude Counter Help

We stayed over the Easter weekend. The security lock on the door was broken, room smelled musty, no internet access, and the "Free Full Breakfast" was a joke. After a minor billing discrepency, Lissette who worked the counter was unwilling to show any signs of understanding. She insisted on hav,ing the last word and would not admitt to any wrong doing at all. This girl was completly on the defense as soon as the conversation started. The final straw was when my husband said to her that she was being very rude to me, to which she responded " of course you would say that... she's your wife" when we asked to speak with the manager or owner we were told he was off site.

Alternative Plan

Our regular place was booked when we decided to take off for the weekend. This place turned out to be CLOSER to every place we wanted to go. The bed was great... it was "high" like my grandmother's beds and we slept excellent. Besides the toilet running a lot... the stay was great. Wish we could have stayed in bed all day!

GREAT ROOMS!

i stay here when i visit my family as i drive in from san antonio, tx. i enjoy my stays here every time. clean rooms, large beds, bathrooms and TV's. i love the fact that the rooms contain a sofa bed, mini fridge and microwaves. rooms were designed for fun, family and comfort! pool is clean and parking is fine too. only drawback, the price has increased somewhat!
