If you will just follow me thru the main doors into our lobby, where our Breakfast Bar is located; we?ll get started......You?ll notice at the Front Desk that we offer FREE High Speed Wireless Internet access. Our Plug-n-Play access makes it quick and simple for you to access the net. We also offer Fax & Copy services to out guests. Priority Club members, this is free for you!If you will follow me, I?ll take you to see two of our rooms. The first is a Two Double Bed Nonsmoking Room. If I could get you to look to your right as you walk in, you?ll see our brand new drapes, and as you walk farther into the room you?ll notice that both beds have 4 pillows on them. They make a great contrast to our brand new bedspreads. All of the double rooms look like this one. They all have the in-room Coffee Maker(w/condiment packet), Irons/Boards, 26? Color TV, Voicemail, Amenity Bowl in the bathroom, brand new Shower Curtains, & Six Setting Shower Massager Shower Heads.Lets exit this room and go next door to a King Nonsmoking Room. In here you will notice the same things as in the Double Room with the exception of: Desks instead of Tables, you have another phone there in addition to the one by the bed, Ergonomic Chairs, and Dual phone lines. There is also a lamp on the desk with electric outlet, so you don?t have to search for a place to plug in your equipment. Also if you look at the bed, you will notice it has 6 pillows instead of your typical 4. All King non smoking rooms also have micro/fridges, these are available upon request in the Double Bed Rooms at no extra charge.We have Vending Machines on both floors, with snacks on the first floor.That concludes your tour of the Holiday Inn Express @ I-20, thank you for your time and we hope to see you soon!

Worst hotel experience ever

First, they check me into a room with what they called a "tricky door." Then, after putting me in another room, I am relaxing on the bed, trying to sleep, when my door opens and a complete stranger walks right in!!! The staff just chuckled and laughed and said it was "probably just maintenance. They were checking some of the rooms to see if they were occupied." WHAT??!! I have been trying to get closure on this unsuccesfully. After filing a complaint with corporate, they finally sent me a "dear sir and/or madam email. No one ever contacted me again and when I finally called corporate again, I was offered $35 in Quality Inn coupons. Guess what, Quality Inn -- I will never stay at one of your locations again, nor will I reccomend them.

it was close to our job

It was close to our job and that was the only good thing about it. The room I stayed in was clean enough, my friends room was not in very good condition. Although the tub/shower looked clean and nice, there was no bath mat to put down and it was very slippery. The staff is indifferent and the location is not very nice at all. Other than the fact that it right off the Interstate, there is not a good reason to stay at this hotel, or to return there. Even though it was close to our job, we will gladly stay farther away next time we are in the Aiken area.
