First and Last time I Make This Mistake!

The location was perfect for visiting family and my regular hotel was booked so I thought I would give it a shot. I paid the premium price for a Jacuzzi suite so that after a long day I could enjoy a relaxing evening before driving 260 miles home the next day. Spent all day and a lot of the night visiting with family.
Returned after 10pm to find the ceiling had a hole in it the size of a basketball caused by leaking water from pipes. Told by desk clerk that upstairs tennants overflowed the jacuzzi and it would stop soon and that it was a very common occurrence. Never had anyone come and check out my room. Complained again about an hour later and was told hotel was booked so new room was out. I tried other hotels and they were all booked.
Water leaked all night long. Had to sleep on other side of bed to avoid damp bedcover and sheet. NO ONE from the hotel ever came to my room to check out damage or cause. Next day new desk clerk said the incident should have been handeled differently, appologized, and would have manager follow up with me. Never heard a thing. Complained to corporate, received a letter saying local owner/operator would be following up. Not a word in months. Terrible service, poor conditions in hotel. Should not bear the name Comfort Suites because this makes me never want to frequent another one of their chain hotels again. Guess its on to the Holiday Inn Express or Hilton!
