Baymont Inn & Suites Corbin, Corbin

First of all this hotel doesn't even deserve the 2 1/2 star rating. We found a flea and a roach in our room. We had to check out early to get proper rest at a much nicer establishment right across the street. The owner actually charged us for the night that we had to check out due to the roach being in our bed, but proceeded to accuse us of wanting something for nothing. A few things to take note of about the hotel is that it is out-dated, the room was rather small with a closet size bathroom. The breakfast area was small, awkward and crowded. Most importantly customer service is not important to the owner. We deserved a peaceful nights sleep for our hard earned money paid and had to go elsewhere to get what we paid for. I'm still in disbelief of how the owner of this establishment belittled us when we were the ones who were inconvenienced.

They have stolen $100.00 from me saying someone smoked in the room. this is a lie.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. They do not allow pets, and one draw back is the pool tends to be very crowded during the evening. Seems that a lot of vacationers with kids stop here.

it was a great stay there was a young lady i think her name was joetta she was very nice she did a great job with our room.everyone was great it was the best motel i have been to in a long time.when i have to stay at a motel again it will be there...

I am in the hotel now as i am typing this guest services friendly, but the room is awful our bathroom has not been touched grime and dirt in the bathtub, toilet has a ring in it. It is not clean and noway should this place be a 3 star hotel. Oh did i mention the bathroom is not only disgusting, it is smaller than a closet.

Pool and Hot tub area very clean and their extended hours from 6:00am to 11:00pm works well for travellers. After check-in, and a bite to eat, you still have time to relax in pool/hot tub. Room was spacious, decor was above expectation and very clean. Breakfast area was large and food was displayed like a fine restaurant. Staffing in all areas was excellent. We will return!
