Nice hotel

This hotel has a friendly staff and is located in a nice part of town. My only complaints are that the bathroom is very small and that we never knew when they would clean the room. One day it was 3:30 pm before it was cleaned and the next day they came at 9:30 am. The breakfast is OK but nothing special.

A most enjoyable experience!!

I loved the comfort and affordability of this hotel, the staff and people staying in the hotel were very friendly. I stayed with 2 other adults and 2 children in one room and did not feel cramped at all. I loved the breakfast. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone that enjoys great service and great atmosphere.

We were extremely satisfied!

My family stayed at the Hyatt for a quick weekend vacation. We were more than impressed with everything that the hotel had to offer. Not only was the room fabulous, but the decor in the whole place was great. We had access to high speed internet services and they had a nice restaurant with the ability to order at a kiosk which was something that I had not seen before. I am not a great fan of complimentary breakfasts, but the hotel's breakfast had a great selection considering that it was free. The staff was helpful and very nice. It was very reasonably priced and we could not have asked for a better hotel. My husband and I will look for a Hyatt hotel whenever we take a trip from now on. We recommend it to everyone.

LOVED the hotel!! and the STAFF!!

I walked in and Tiffany and staff took care of me right away! She was also very quick to let us know what the hotel had to offer every one was very warm. The ROOMS LOOK JUST LIKE THey DO IN THE PICS!!! i deff know where im booking my stay next time im out there. =]

Loved every thing about this place! the rooms were clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was good and overall it was a wonderful hotel. at first we heard he area was bad so we were a little unsure about staying there but there were security gaurds so that made us feel safe. Once again awesome. (the only downside, no balconies)

Great Hotel!

We loved this hotel, fitness spa included, and very clean. It would be nice if they had a shuttle from the airport. I think they would get more business, but all in all it was a great value. The price included breakfast and a Wednesday night free dinner. Staff was extra nice! Liked everything except the distance from the airport. No shuttle service.

i wont stay anywhere else

the place was great. it was clean. the staff was helpful. the area was safe. they have a workout facility but they also have free passes for a local 24 hour gym. the only problem was there was no business center, but i had a laptop so it was ok.

A very warm,welcoming feeling upon check-in. Love that they have popcorn in the lobby and the chocolate chip cookies there when we checked in were delicious! Very nice breakfast. Bright, cheerful lobby. TCB Suite was spacious, and having the bottled water in the refrigerator was most welcomed!
