Would not stay there again.
By leo, 10/20/10
Although the front desk staff was friendly and courteous, the condition of the rooms was awful. First of all, the room smelled like mildew and carpet was dirty, Someone went to use the bathroom and the toilet backed up. The air condition did not cool properly and was very noisy. It sounded like a washing machine on spin cycle. When taking a shower the shower head made a high pitch noise. Just one thing after another. Windsor Suites sold me to stay... I was wrong.

Not a $100 room...Not even a Hotel
By Beau, 7/5/08
This Motel is incorrectly described as Suites. There are NO room doors opening into the inside of the building (aka Motel). I was not impressed as I drove around the back of the motel, past the overflowing dumpsters, to get to our room. The plumbing in the shower was not attached securely to the wall, the AC outlets were so worn out, I couldn't charge my laptop, and one wash-cloth? Are we supposed to share? I tried to connect to the FREE Hi-speed internet, but was only able to connect to their wireless router. Nothing was available. Internet, e-mail, nothing. Maybe they turn it off at night like everything else. My bed was comfortable, so maybe they fixed that problem. The TV had two blown speakers which made it painful to even watch some news. For $96.50, I could have had two nights from the roach-motel down the road. And for only ~$40 more, I could have had a night in a true HOTEL instead of these drive-up "Suites".

Avoid this hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/23/07
I don't usually reviews but felt compelled to write this one. My son and I had a one night stay to visit U of A. Checking out I was asked how my stay was and I replied "marginal". Nothing else was said as I was handed the bill. I asked the clerk if she was sincerely interested in the quality of my stay and did she want to know why. After telling me yes I detailed all the problems:1)Chair in room was falling apart and unsafe to sit in. 2) light at desk did not work. 3)bed creaked and moaned. 4) East entry door to pool was inoperative. 5)Could not see bottom of pool because of overchlorination. 6) Eliptical machine did not work. As the young lady did not write ANY of this down I'm sure none of it got fixed. The only good thing about our stay was the smile and attitude of the buffet server. That alone however does not allow me to recommend this hotel even for one night

We will always stay at this Hotel while in Fayetteville
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/29/07
I can only rate this Hotel very high. The manager and her staff did everything to make our stay very pleasant. My family stayed there the first weekend in December and we had three rooms that were excellent. My grandkids went swimming in the big pool that was indoors. Good thing too for it was in the teens then. We had to return again the first weekend in April suddenly. Again the manager helped us and her staff was very helpful. We have stayed at four differnt hotels in Fayetteville and none can bet the treatment and service we received. From now on, when we come to Fayetteville, we will stay at this Hotel. By the way, we have family in Fayetteville. Dislikes: None Likes: Location, staff, helpful attitude by everyone, everyone always had a smile, and always asked "Can I help you?" and " Is there anything you need?"

Not worth the $$
By Chasity, 9/10/06
My husband and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. We had a non smoking king and it cost $269 for two nights. I don't mind paying for quality but this hotel is not worth its cost. I read the other reviews and thought that perhaps the person was exaggarating about the concrete beds. 1.They weren't. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I am one who can sleep anywhere but the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. 2.They advertise fridge and microwaves in each room. We didn't have either in our room. 3. They were very stingy with towels. There aren't any towels at the pool/jacuzzi area so you have to bring yours from your room. They only give you two. Even when you request more than two. 4. The indoor pool is big. It wasn't clear. I was apprehensive about swimming in it. It didn't look dirty it was a blue color but you couldn't see your feet in the pool. Perhaps too much or too little chemicals. 5. The continental breakfast isn't too bad. For continental breakfast it is good. They have a razorback waffle iron so you can make waffles. The batter isn't that good but the waffle is cute. 6. There were black hairs in the bathtub. Eww. I suggest your bring your own clorox wipes or the equivalent. 7. The A/C was on high but was never really cold. It wasn't hot but it wasn't always comfortable. 8. I didn't have hot water one morning! 9.There was water damage on the ceiling. 10. The location is very central. Its very easy to to and from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is pricey for the service and quality of room. I think next time I stay in Fayetteville I will try to stay at Holiday Inn.

Worst experience of our lives
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/13/05
1. Concrete beds 2. "inoperable sofabed" 3. Slimy carpet 4. Jacuzzi that sprayed the walls and floor 5. Front door lock worked half of the time 6. Rollaway bed with springs in the mattress! 7. Concrete beds (really) 8. No restaurant as advertised (no country gravy and biscuits and sausage) My sisters and I could not sleep on the miserable beds - someone needs to try them, or put the rollaway mattress on the floor as my sister did and sleep on those springs. Unbelievable! But the foyer was magnificent! This review is the absolute truth, so I invite you to room 129!

Excellente
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/2/05
I've stayed here probably a dozen times over the past two years and have never had any problems that weren't resolved very quickly. Very clean rooms, very good location, excellent customer service at the front desk, etc. Can't beat it for the price and get Internet Access in your room.
