Horrible Customer Service

Made a reservation via 1-800 number and specifically requested a room with refrigerator. Upon arrival, room did not have the refrigerator and the front desk said they were "booked up." When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed there wouldn't be one available for 5 days. Hard to belive a manager is unavailable for that lenght of time for a facility this big, but when they show so little diregard to their customers it become apparent that it might actually be true. I would never stay again here and recommend you see your room before making a reservation if you actually care about what kind of room you get.
