Nashville Hotel, Antioch

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn nashville - The Crossings (Antioch, TN) with our Pekingese and the three of us had an enjoyable stay. We plan to stay there again in the next week or so.

Upon arrival at the Antioch,Tn Holiday Inn, I approved of the lobby and the customer service person. When we checked into our room, going into the Bathroom I find MOLD on top of the toilet stool seat. Yes Mold. I must say the room was Very clean. I called to the from desk, which the lady said I had to wait, because she was the only one in at the time. She would send somebody up but he was out. She however, was nice about it. Plus house keeping had gone for the night. She offer us another room, and an Adjustment on our bill. We took the other room. The bed was a very comfortable bed, and the room was clean including the bathroom. However upon check-out we discovered, instead of her adjusting my account she had charged me more. So Pam the young lady on the morning shift corrected everything and send us on our way with a SIMILE, other staff member came out and talked, in the morning hours. Just like they said GOOD OLD SOUTHREN HOSPITALITY. Thanks again PAM.

I have to say that this is the perfect hotel! As others have said, the staff is very friendly towards animals and people alike. My husband and I have a ferret, and she was treated just as lovingly as any dog or cat. Our room was immaculate, and while the hotel itself was under construction to better itself, the entire place was extremely well kept and accommodating. The hotel bar and restaurant were also amazing. Great food and service. It was nice to be able to eat dinner, have a few drinks, all fairly priced, and just walk straight to our room. The hotel is also in an extremely convenient location. Its right next to gas, dining, shopping, entertainment, and anything else you may need. Staying at this hotel was one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. We hope to spend a week here once each year to celebrate our anniversary. I can't wait to go back this year to see all the changes that were underway!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the employees were very friendly and open to our pet Border Collie which we appreciate very much. The location is great and we would recomend it for everyone!

Hotel has just the most friendly staff--rooms spotless---we have had difficulty traveling with dog in south--not welcome in many areas.welcomed here. the restaurant on site is great--rooms clean--beds very comfy--staff offered to drive me to nearby mall in van.a very refreshing change from so many experiences in south.highly recommend---also has benefit if driving to more southern areas on outskirts of city--past traffic of area. honestly can give no dislike--great value.
