Comfort Inn Oxford, Oxford

I have stayed at many Comfort Inn locations throughout the US which is why I chose this hotel and I have never been so disappointed. Upon entering the room, it smelled very musty and was damp. The bedding even felt damp. The light by the room door didn't work, the bathroom light didn't work, the refrigerator made horrendous noise all night, the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the water barely got hot enough for a shower. There is also very little lighting around the pool and no lights in the pool. I finally got up around 4 am because laying there was so painful. Didn't do any good when we called it in to the front desk, they don't care. I did fill out a comment card and turned it in at the desk but never received any response from that either (and yes I put my name & address on it).
