La Quinta Inn Crossville, Crossville

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The room was very nice, the hotel had everything they stated in the ad, and more. The best part was the staff. I was traveling alone this trip, and without knowing, Manisha Patel seemed to sense my apprehension. She gave me a room close to a staff area, and I felt safe! I had the best night's sleep. Her thoughtfulness was appreciated, and will be remembered. Thank you La Quinta.

I liked the continental breakfast the most because of the biciuts, donuts, and even gravy! The breakfast had a large variety. The staff was friendliy and they made my wife and I feel at home. The fitness center had so many weight loss machines I think I lost a pound or two. The bed in the room was so great I think I slept like a baby with my wife. The price was so affordable I felt like I was getting the room for free. The heated pool also helped my body relax and take the stress away In short I reccomend this hotel to everyone. I'm coming again next year!!

They would not honor the website price or the Room Savers coupon. We paid way too much for the old room. We paid an extra fee of $15 for our dog. This fee is also $5-10 more than other motels. Never plan to go back.

Fairly clean and quite decent room conditions, it is a pet friendly hotel, but no problems here. It is a fairly new hotel and still in good condition. Owner is keeping up with maintenance. Breakfast is a little above average, no extras though. No bananas, no large selection of food. Parking is easy and plentiful for a change. Swimming pool is heated and indoors.

Everything is perfect at this hotel! Couldn't ask for anything more! The breakfasts were incredible. The staff was the nicest around. Everything was clean & tidy. The hotel is conveniently located. My dogs love it there too! Thank you very much!!! I am looking forward to my next vaction there!

I really liked the location of this hotel. It's on the exit off of I-40, but it's set back from the interstate, so that it seems private and cuts down on noise level (unlike the Best Western across the street where you can hear cars going by all night long!). The staff is great to my family everytime we stay here for our annual trip to Crossville. Affordable and clean, with an Indoor Heated Pool! The best hotel on that exit in my opinion.

A nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. A little hard to find the entrance road, which looks like the road to the Huddle House, at night. They have high-speed internet in all the rooms, which works well with no problems. Apparently, there are coupons available for this hotel in the rest stops on I-40. The only problems I had there were the exercise room's outdated and broken equipment and the staff calling me a few times before check-out because they were anxious to turn my room over...

This hotel really was the icing on the cake for my family this past thanksgiving holiday weekend. we were in town visiting our family and hadnt thought we would need a room. Turns out we did need a room and as you can imagine, at the last minute most of the hotels were already full. Luckily, we picked La Quinta and they a great room waiting for us when we arrived. Apart from the wonderfully warm indoor pool, which my kids adored, the room was very clean and well maintained. And the staff was really great.. we had forgotten to bring a bottle opener and the clerk at the desk was kind enough to let us borrow her own bottle opener and give us milk for my little girl. Overall, a really wonderful stay! Highly recommended from a discerning mom!

This hotel was such a treat! The service was great..the staff was wonderful and really helpful. They gave us perfect directions and even gave my little boy a glass of milk when we were too tired to get it at night. Our room was very comfortable and really CLEAN. The hotel is located right off of I-40 so we didnt have any trouble getting back on the road and it was on the main exit into crossville. Overall, we really loved this hotel and we'll be back as soon as we can!

best prices in town,great employees,clean rooms,all the amenities you could want.what is there not to like? P.S.wish there were more LA QUINTA INNS around.
