Great place Great people!!!

We have stayed in many hotels, and none even come close to this one. This place is super clean, great continental breakfast, and the thing that impressed me most was the employees! Everyone I spoke with was extemely pleasant, and cheerful. We stayed for two days, and wanted to stay longer. Who ever manages this hotel is doing a tremendous job, and it shows throughout the whole place. I would go out of my way to stay with you again! Thank you. The Shutes

Rooms were very clean and spacious. The jucuzzi was nice and big. The staff was very freindly and helpful, I would definetly come back for another stay.

Best Place To Stay In The Soo....

The other reviewer is right. This hotel truly is a gem. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The beds were new....nice clean white duvet cover (which obviously was washed), sparkling room, spacious and clean pool area....you won't be disappointed staying here. Oh -- and the buffet breakfast is fabulous!!

Customer beware!

charge $50 for a fasle accusation had no proof and never notified or discussed with us before charging account. Mangement would rather take money instead of discussing the matter. Poor customer service, need communications training!!!

Wonderful Stay

What a fabulous hotel! We expected to find the typically overpriced, unclean, old hotel in the Soo. Instead, found a gem in the Hampton! 5 road-weary travelers (all ages) enjoyed the great pool and huge jaccuzi. Returned to the wonderfully clean and spacious rooms. Ordered room service (Guido's pizza is awesome), and lounged on the comfy beds which provided great sleep. Morning continental breakfast was truly deluxe with hot eggs, sausage and endless supply of muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, & great coffee. Not sure what else we could possibly have asked of the very helpful staff. All in all, a top 5 hotel experience for this sort of place!
