HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!

HORRIBLE service, food, cleanliness..no value! I hated my stay and so did my family. Rooms were not clean at all. Food tasted horrible. My family said that they would rather stay in West Edmonton Mall.

A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE

We just came back from Costa Rica, one of the countries we have visited in recent years. We stayed at Villas Del Rio Apartotel and do not regret any moment of it, the place is excellent. The personnel makes sure you feel at home, they are friendly, educated and helpful. We made good friends with maids, maintenance and front desk people, among them we will never forget Eunice, Leyner, Saidi etc. WHAT A BEUTIFUL EXPERIENCE Jose L. Montero and family.

Great location; Excellent service You can stay in a number of different type of nice apartments with daily room service, in Escazu close to the nice areas of San Jose and all of the 4-5 star hotel amenities

Your first home in Costa Rica

It is the best aparthotel in San Jose. Excellent for long term accomodations. If you are moving to Costa Rica and will be looking for a place to live; Villas del Rio is the place to stay while you do that. There are many families at Villas del Rio who are going through the same process, so it is a nice way to start making some friends; same for the kids. Pets are welcomed. The employees are very nice and are always willing to help. If I had to go through this process all over again, this is the place where I would stay.

Great place for long stays

I had to live there for more than 8 months and I never felt in a hotel. They made me feel at home. I do not recommend this appartotel to someone who will spend just a couple of nights in San Jose, specially for those who love eating at the hotel (there are not restaurants in the hotel and just a couple of them within a walking distance). However I think this is the best place to stay if you will stay for a long period of time in San Jose. That is what the hotel was designed for.

This appartotel is very good. Let me put it this way: Event though I had many choices, I decided to stay there for 8 months.
