Days Inn Twin Falls Jerome, Jerome

We stayed here twice a year for 3 years because of the horse stalls adjacent to the property. Each year the facility got worse! Last time the floors were sticky, the front desk person was rude, there were no water bins for the horses, and the breakfast sucked. I paid almost $150 with all the added charges for horses and my dog for a room that wasn't worth $40. never again.

THE DAYS INN WAS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO A FLYING J TRUCK STOP WHICH OFFERED BUFFET DINING. THE MOTEL ALSO HAD AMPLE TRUCK PARKING AND A GREAT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.

The room was clean and quiet. Check in was quick. We wished there had been a pool instead of just a hot tub, however. We would stay there again.

Have stayed here a couple of times, figured it was a one time problem internet down every 30 min., 2 times no hot water. But the same old thing is still happening, they refuse to fix problems in a timely manner. The poor people on the desk are just over run with complaints and the manager can't get the owner to fix anything in a timely manor, if ever. Now stay at Super 8 in Twin Falls, excellent run motel. The Days Inn is there just to get the freeway traffic and don't care if you come back. I only wish to get what they tell me there going to give, but this motel doesn't seem to care about that. To all the desk people I wish you the best, I know there is nothing you can do when your hands are tied.
