Highly Recommend
By Anna, 05/23/08
My friends and I took a trip to Mokena, IL for a concert. We found La Quinta Inn very pleasurable. Was reasonably priced, clean, and in a good location. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms here are absolutely adorable! I love the way they are decorated, very relaxing and different. Would love to stay here again! Breakfast was awesome, too.

Great Place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/19/07
We booked a room on Expedia. Everything was great. They said they were redoing the hotel so I think our room was just redone. It is an average size hotel room. I liked that we had 6 pillows. We would stay here again. Tom D, Fond du lac, Wisconsin

Worst Hotel Ever
By Keisha, 04/16/07
This hotel in Tinley Park Illinois was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, when we get there they have double book are room for a double bed room. They give us a King size suite at which the front desk stated it had a pull out couch. We get to the room there is only one bed no couch. There were stains all on there carpet, the refrigerator was overflown with ice, the sink was stopped up, etc. We called the front desk to request a extra bed and they brought us a king size mattress, and a twin size mattress and some sheets! I was devastated; the mattress obviously was from the trash because it was taped up and covered in stains. We had to get our wait and get our own towels for the room because the front desk said they were to busy to bring them to us. The next day there were no towels for us due to them not washing enough for the guests. The continental breakfast was ok but they ran out of waffle mix and the Orange Juice was spoiled. Also they head maintenence of this hotel tried to hustle us for money to even bring an extra bed to the room!! I will never again stay at any La quinta hotel and tell all of my family and friends to do the same.

Definetly would recommend
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/19/06
We arrived from O'Hare. It took about an hour to get here. BRING CHANGE there are about 4-5 toll roads between the airport and the hotel. Once here it was great! There are several restaurants nearby and it is freeway close. Rooms were clean and roomy.

Very Resourceful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/30/06
I chose the Baymont-Laquinta because of price, fit of needs and location. I needed a smoking room with broadband hookup. When I made reservation (a web site) I was assured that, however on checking in I did not have the broadband hookup, I was immediately upgraded to a king room with broadband by the desk at no extra charge. One cant get better service than that. As I am in this area often I will probably always use this hotel.

Better Customer Service
By Karla, 01/03/06
The hotel was clean and has all amenities needed. However, the front desk service was little to be desired. We waited 10 minutes to check in. There was no one at the front desk. Upon check out we were unable to check out in the room as advertised due to technical difficulties. It took 20 minutes again for someone to appear at the desk for myself and 2 other guest to check out.

This was just ok!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/05
The location was excellent for us. However, there was only one person at the desk; she was overwhelmed. There appeared to be only one elevator for which the wait was very long. The room we stayed in was small with the sink located as you come in the door. Therefore, if you are trying to get cleaned up, no one can come in or out of the room easily. Also, the carpeting in the hallway, lobby, and room was not very clean; leaving a moldy lingering odor. The continental breakfast was very nice; however, the coffee was very very weak.

Nice size, clean, quite room. Across the street from the convention center - but too far to walk. Easy drive.
