Horrendous experience

Save yourself the aggravation. Don't stay here! My husband and I have medical conditions that will not tolerate smoking and we reserved a non-smoking room. When we arrived at 10:30 pm after 10 and half hours on the road, we were given a smoking room. The extremely young and inexperienced staff were unhelpful and rude. One girl made "faces" at my husband and me. When I complained about that, the other young girl actually threatened to call the police (!!!!????). They were at first unwillingly, then unable, to contact their manager (who apparently doesnt have a cell phone, pager or answering machine). The young girls advised us that they handle all emergencies themselves and dont contact their manager. Then a drunken customer came in and threatened my husband and me. The young girls didnt see that as a problem! The staff here is much too young, inexperienced, rude, and severely lacking proper judgment and customer service skills. Management doesnt seem to care about service or customer safety. I sent an email to VP of Lees Inns, Mike Collier, to complain. He has not responded!
