Worse experiece ever!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/6/11
I wouldn't leave my dog here. The manager is always gone, in a meeting or never avaiable. The rooms were very dirty and the toilet was over flowing. When I went downstairs to complain about the toilet the front desk girl said they didn't have a repair man on duty and they gave me a plunger and told me that I would have to plunge the toilet myself. (REALLY!!!!) I asked for towels to soak up the water that was all over the floor and the lady at the front desk said that we only get 4 towels per room and they couldn’t give us anymore towels. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME). The indoor pool wasn’t working because the State Board of Health shut down the pool because it was missing some tiles. The ad said they had a full complimentary breakfast and all they had is muffins and frozen waffles that you put in the toaster, and cereal. What a joke of a hotel this was. The front desk said we could go over to the Red Roof Inn and use their pool but it was outside. I started to think and I went down stairs and asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t do anything because it was a policy that you had to stay a mim of two night stay and you had to give 24 hr notice before you got your money back. I told them that they didn’t provide what they said in their ad and that it was false advertising and also never could talk with the manager. The lady at the front desk said they couldn’t give the managers name out or his phone number. (Really) All of this and had to fix the toilet myself. Come on now. They need to close this hotel down. I will be reporting this hotel to the Attonary General and the BBB. Never had a worse time staying in a hotel ever. I wouldn’t stay here. You will be sorry  I am!!!!

Find Another Place to Stay
By Linda, 5/15/10
Wished I had read the reviews. The rooms were dark and dank. Upon entering the hotel all you can smell is the chlorine from the pool that is adjacent to the entrance. Very humid also. Advertises "full" breakfast, but is self serve continental. Staff very apathetic. No remote in room. We called, staff said they would leave one at the desk for us to pick up. The remote did not work. Had to ask for towels and toilet tissue. (Really!). "Cable TV with HBO" had only about 8 channels NO HBO. Room looked clean on the surface, but the carpets could use a major cleaning or replacements. No closet for hanging clothes, but a wardrobe which you could not hang a dress or pair of pants because it is too short. Bed very uncomfortable. It sure didn't feel like a pillowtop to me. Our stay was less than pleasant, andI feel the staff could have been more caring and friendlier. Also, upon check-in we had to wait approximately 10 minutes for the cleaning staff to find the desk clerk. We should have left then. I was extremely surprised by this because Wyndham hotels are usually quality. They should lose this albatross, retrain staff or replace staff completely. We got a special rate because we were in town to attend a function; however the posted daily is $179, DEFINITELY not worth it.

Awful place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/2/08
Dirty room, couch in the room torn with garbage under the pillows, no towels or hangers, no TV remote, uncaring staff, even the corporate headquarters customer service doesn't respond. I could go on and one, but I'll just say...go somewhere else.

Great experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/3/05
I stayed at the Lees Inn in Greenwood for two nights recently and I really liked it. My room was quite large and very clean. The staff members were very helpful and courteous as well. I left a book I was reading in my room by mistake. When I called back to see if they had it, the gentleman offered to send it to me. The book arrived yesterday by Priority Mail. I really appreciate their sending ti to me. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I have business in that area.

Check out more places, other than this.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/21/05
We went in Oct, then again in Dec. Had a good stay. When management was confronted with the mold by the A/C, they immediately placed us in another room. Pool was nice, very warn in Oct. Must have turned off the heater in Dec. Kids enjoyed it though. Convenient to get to. Right off the interstate.

Horrendous experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/1/04
Save yourself the aggravation. Don't stay here! My husband and I have medical conditions that will not tolerate smoking and we reserved a non-smoking room. When we arrived at 10:30 pm after 10 and half hours on the road, we were given a smoking room. The extremely young and inexperienced staff were unhelpful and rude. One girl made "faces" at my husband and me. When I complained about that, the other young girl actually threatened to call the police (!!!!????). They were at first unwillingly, then unable, to contact their manager (who apparently doesn’t have a cell phone, pager or answering machine). The young girls advised us that they handle all emergencies themselves and don’t contact their manager. Then a drunken customer came in and threatened my husband and me. The young girls didn’t see that as a problem! The staff here is much too young, inexperienced, rude, and severely lacking proper judgment and customer service skills. Management doesn’t seem to care about service or customer safety. I sent an email to VP of Lees Inns, Mike Collier, to complain. He has not responded!
