Comfort Inn Pigeon Forge, Pigeon Forge

We loved our accomodations (a family suite, that if it was anymore we could have lived in it permanently as an apartment). We were surprised to find how nice and spacious it was and impecably clean as well. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in all of my many (30+yrs) traveling. This is a "MUST STAY" accomodation, between the room, the amenities, discounted through AAA even on a holiday weekend, and staff being Wonderful!

Have stayed there twice in a family suite and loved it. The room was large with fireplace, fridge, microwave, kitchenette area with sink, large whirlpool tub, balcony. Indoor pool & jacuzzi. Outdoor pool & jacuzzi that is shared with Quality Inn next door. Service was excellent. Location was excellent. Close to Dollywood. Price was excellent. Very clean. Breakfast was decent. Very good stay for the price! Would hightly recommend it and will stay there every time as long as it continues to be good.

We loved this place...very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, great location! We will be staying here agian! Oh...the balcony and comfortable beds help, too!

The hotel is in a great place! Right across the street from the Dixie Stampede, this hotel is ideally located right in the midst of downtown Pigeon Forge. The fireplace in the room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The room we stayed in included a sofabed and even it was decent. Quiet would be one word to describe this hotel. The staff was nice and everyone was very nice. This is definitely a great place to stay for a great price. We didn't try the pool, but several people we talked to really thought it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the middle of all the action in Pigeon Forge.

My family and I stayed here in Aug '08. This was our first time staying here. The room was very clean The staff was friendly and very helpful.The breakfast was great.I would recommend to all my friends.

We ordered our tickets online site unseen and when we got to the hotel we were very pleased . The service was great and the room was awesome. We wanted to stay close to the Dixie Stampede and we were almost a stones throw away from it. The kids stayed in the pool for hours and the hot tub was great ! We will definitely go back and book our hotel stay with Comfort Inn again.

This place was amazing! I defiantly expected a lot less for the price, but the hotel was clean and conveniently located! I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area! Breakfast was great, as was the pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and willing to do whatever they could to help. We could have had a blast without ever leaving the hotel! Defiantly is a great value for the price!

My family has stayed at several different motels/hotels in Pigeon Forge over the last several years but we've always been the most impressed with the Comfort Inn. We have stayed there several times and have never had a complaint. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean, and the towels are actually soft instead of rough like most hotels! The bed was more comfortable than my $1,300 memory foam bed at home. Our only two complaints are that the wallpaper is starting to peel in some of the rooms and that the indoor pool isn't heated. We love this hotel and have recommended it several times.

The service at this hotel is horrible. We stayed there for 4 days and no one ever came to clean our room. We asked for more towels and wash towels, they never brought them. Rooms are very outdated. Nothing is new about them, very dirty. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Its right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, which is great. And also the out door pool is at the Quality Inn down the street, which is a long walk from the hotel itself.....

Great place to stay we loved our room and it was very clean.We really didn't think it would be so nice and clean.The inside pool needs to be heated tough.We will stay there again.
