Beautiful property and great staff

After just returning from the Inn at National Hall I was so pleased with my overall experience. Everyone that works their was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were unique and very clean! I was greeted personally by the General Manager Marco who was so helpful and kind. What a great place for a quiet getaway. Looking forward to going back soon!

Beautiful but...

The inn claims to be a member of Relais & Ch�teaux on their web site, however they admitted that are not members and the operations manager did not agree to change their web site. The place is beautiful and well located, but that is where it stops. The staff is rude and not helpful and the operations manager, Marco is more rude than the staff. Oh by the way, the toilets have to flushed twice, the "free" wireless internet does not work in room 203 and the shower in room 208 is adjusted so that you must be under five feet tall to use it. They have rules. No one is allowed to check in before 3:00 PM even if the room is ready. The sheets and towels are of mid range hotel quality. Who owns The Inn at National Hall? Marco refused to disclose who he reports to. Marco why were you so rude?
