Hampton Inn Suites Hollywood Fort Lauderdale Airport, Hollywood

I arrived at 11am and called the hotel, I was able to check in early and rented a car to the adjacent hotel with no problems. However, I needed to turn in car a day earlier and asked for a cab to go to my workshop. The receptionist informed me she had order round transportation with their transportation (KSA ?) being it was cheaper than a taxi. So, I greed being that I was knew to the area. IT took 2HRS in order for me to be picked up. The transportation dispacher told me to wait 2 minutes, which turned into 30, when I called back the dispatcher called the driver arguing on the other line in Spanish (Thank God Im fluent in 3 language!). I decided to call a hotel to get me a cab instead. The staff at hotel was Super nice, POOR choices for continental breakfast. MY ADVICE: I learned that for Latinos (caribeans) a second or a minute can turn into hours. They apparently aren't able to tell you exact time!

we've stayed here a total of 3 times. the couple of times we didn't stay here we were real disappointed. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms and facility are very,very nice. great place to stay.
