Knights Inn Trevose, Trevose

The guest next door was able to open my room door with his room key!! When I complained to management, he told me it was impossible, I must be lying. I had to scream at him to get him to call the guest next door to me to verify what happened. He still did nothing. No apology, no "I'll look into it to see what happened". Just told me it couldn't have happened.

We stayed 6/13-6/15 We stayed while visiting Philadelphia. The rooms were small but very clean as they had been recently remodeled. The outside appearance was slightly run down but inside of the rooms were fine. The rooms are all ground level and backing up to the door to unload luggage was very conveinent. We had a wonderful time. Without traffic, the commute to Philadelphia was about 15 minutes. If you are staying in Phili and want a good value for the money, stay here. There are many restaurants in the area and they have several nearby that will deliver. All and all, we had a good time and experienced no problems during our stay.
