Diagnosed with Cancer, Rude Hotel Staff
I am trying to find out the name of the owner (or company) that owns the Hotel Serena in Milan?
My employer's wife was just diagnosed with breast cancer. They were supposed to be leaving for Italy in two weeks, but had to cancel as the doctors want to do a mastectomy at that time now. Out of the seven hotels booked for the trip, the Hotel Serena in Milan is the only one that won't offer a refund of any sort on the two rooms they booked for 3 days. Not even a credit towards a future stay.
The manager won't give me her full name and the emails from her have been unfeeling and curt.
I think the saddest thing of all is that there has been zero compassion shown, given the situation.
I'd like to reach out the owner/s so that they understand the level of service their main manager “Andrea” is providing.
