Nasty and dirty

I was in town for business. The heater in my room didn't work so I was switched to another room. The second room had not been completely cleaned and there was pee spray all over the toilet seat, under the toilet seat and on the floor from the previous client. No soap in the room - I took the soap from the first room I was assigned. I complained to the desk and they didn't appear very concerned about the filth. I should have left immediately. I will never go to that hotel again. You KNOW that if they don't clean the toilets, they sure don't change the blankets or comforters.
