Ridge Motel, Breckenridge

I think this is the best hotel here in Breckenridge, TX. Staff was very nice. The hotel itself looks a bit old and rooms as well but but they are very clean. Only thing we found when we first got inside the room was one dead bug (cockroach) but room was clean didn't smell bad. The sheets seem clean just on one of the beds the pillow case seemed to be a bit on the dirty side. Maybe they can just work a bit on making sure everything is washed and cleaned properly. One thing i would like to suggest is to put a coffee pot in the room that would be nice to be able to make our own coffee in our room. But over all liked the room service as well and i recommend this hotel to anybody that goes to Breckenridge to visit. Overall had a comfortable stay. I left all my stuff there in the room and when we came back in the evening everything was like i had left it. Nothing was missing so it made me feel right at home. Thank you!

The rooms are clean and I found the beds to be comfortable. The staff are very friendly. This is where I stay when I visit my daughter and her family. Each time I have not been disappointed.

My wife stayed here with her parents, and accidentally left her purse in the room (she was in a hurry because her dad wasn't feeling well). She had just cashed a check from work, and had several hundred-dollar bills, in addition to some smaller bills, in her purse. When she went back to get the purse, the hundreds were gone, but the smaller bills were still there. She filed a police report and contacted the owner but there wasn't a lot she could do. I just wanted everyone else to know that, if you stay here, be very careful and aware of your surroundings at all times and protect your valuables. If someone will steal money from you, what else will they do? I think their hotel stay was OK, but the theft really left a sour taste in everyone's mouth.

The staff members here were friendly and full of smiles. The place is outdated, however, the cleanest motel I've seen. It is directly off the highway in Breckenridge; Perfect for our situation. Any time I may need to return to Breckenridge, I will definately stay here again.

This is definitely the place you want to stay in Breckenridge. The rooms are very comfortable and super clean. They have one thing most motels lack - hot water and lots of it, plus water pressure to boot. The staff are very nice and friendly people. Easy to locate.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel out of neccessity. To our surprise it was a very nice place to stay. The rooms are not big or lavish. It's an older motel but, it is very clean. The rooms and the grounds are well kept. I liked having a refridgerator and microwave in the room. The lady at the front desk was also helpful and very nice.

The room we were in was very outdated, beds hard, more of 60's style motel however very clean! If they could update their rooms (carpet, curtains, paint, etc), they would be the rave of the area.
