Holiday Inn Exp West Ave Unive, Albany

Our stay was great, we were up last August to attend the NY Giants training camp and the hotel was spotless. The staff excellent, from Richard and Electra and the lady who was sort of a hostess for breakfest. would stay again

Our room was spotless... something to consider when the place down the road is only a few dollars cheaper. The staff is friendly and accomodating and made our stays truly great. Rooms are a nice size with flat screen TV, coffee pot and a comfortable chair. Free WiFi and breakfast (the cinnamon rolls are divine...) And there IS an indoor pool. Absolutely worth the price. We've stayed here about 5 nights in the last 2 months and will certainly be back. The area is great for a nice long weekend and you can walk to tons of shopping and restaurants. Crossgates and Colonie Center are about 5 minute drives and U Albany is a 10 minute walk. A lovely place to spend a weekend.

I traveled to Albany to visit my daughter at SUNY and was very impressed with the overall hotel cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The man at the desk in the morning was very efficient and professional. The breakfast was a lot larger that what I'm use to from other stays at a Holiday Inn Express. Kudos to your staff!

This hotels is close to both I-90 and I-87, so no matter if I'm traveling to Boston or NYC it's always a great stopping point. The staff here remembers my name and makes me feel important. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great, bacon, eggs and biscuits! I'll always stay here on my trips.

I travel twice a week to Albany for work, I always enjoy coming to the HIExpress on Western Ave. The staff remembers my name and always greets me with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and much better than the average HIExpress. I like the breakfast, lots of selection.

We were very impressed. The employees at this hotel pay great attention to detail. We felt very welcome and we truely felt like we were at home. I have stayed at Holiday Inns accross the country and I know from experience that they ARE NOT equal. This hotel really stands out.

What more can can I say? Great people; great breakfast; great rooms; warm pool. I was in the hallway going to get a snack late at night and not only were the staff at the desk friendly, they were helpfull with all my quesitons. Thanks to Jack for all your help!

It had a good continental breakfast with hot food available. The room was small but nicely furnished and clean. The room size didn't really matter to me as I was there on business and basically just slept there. I would definitely recommend for the lone business traveler, but not really a vacation stop-no pool, restaurant available on-site

The rooms are beautiful,and clean, the staff is fantastic!!! If you have to stay in Albany, this is THE place!!! They even offer a breakfast! Thanks Dee Dee for all your help!!
