Century Hotel, Tualatin

VERY NICE HOTEL PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONIAL SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING ROOMS ARE REALLY COOL OVERLOOKING A LAKE IN MIDDLE IF TOWNSQUARE FOOD NEXT DOOR @ LAKEFRONT GRILL IS WONDERFUL PEOPLE ARE ALSO VERY NICE WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE

They failed to even mention that they are going through major renovations. WiFi was worthless and I was told that "the front desk laptop is working fine" and to "go to the lobby to use your laptop". Which is exactly where I'm writing this review. We're staying one night, and then we're out of here. For being a "21st Century Executive Hotel", I don't know how they can say that with poor customer service and no connectivity. Come for the lake view if you want, but don't expect anyone going an extra mile to make sure you're happy.

I highly recommend this attractive hotel, which is significantly above average on cleanliness, decor, and service. The rooms are spacious and attractive, with microwaves and small refrigerators. The hallways are arranged in "spoke" fashion around a central spiral staircase, with inside rooms overlooking the lake. My two nights there were very quiet and peaceful (although I missed out on the lake view). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't forget the free breakfast next door at Hayden's Grill the next morning (it's a complete meal--egg, bacon, toast, beverage--just smaller portions). A very pleasant place...much better than a chain hotel, IMO.
