Old hotel - new furniture
We paid $99dlls per night, when we arrived we were a little dissapointed. The hotel looked very plain in the outside and when we checked in and went to our room I could tell the hotel was an old hotel because the elevators were painted dark brown on top of old paint. Later we figured out it was an amerisuites hotel before hyatt bought it.
Our room was ok, just as advertised with the sofa, the big tv, a little desk, a bar, granite countertops. The bathroom was very very little, the toilet was just like 4 inches next to the door. The shower was like a u shape so you couldnt put your feet straight on the tub, it felt curved.
The towel rack is IN the shower which was a little wierd to us.
Almost everything was new, all the furniture. The restroom some stuff was new but not as modern as the rest of the hotel.
Our cleaning lady didnt leave new soaps after our first night, which were necessary. She put the toilet paper on top of the toilet (not its place) and also the towels she didnt put them on the rack.
The hotel is very modern. They have contemporary furniture, and you can buy little snacks all day and all night. It was just not what we hoped for which was a little bit more fancy. This was a overpriced hotel, it should be priced just as the holiday inn express. It is about the same quality.
