The Radisson Portland Airport offers moderately priced accommodations near the Portland airport. Complimentary transportation to/from the airport is available. The hotel is located next to Colwood National Golf Course. If you'd like to work out during your visit, take advantage of the hotel fitness room. The Lakeside Cafe serves a variety of American and Northwest menu items during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service is available. For added convenience, the hotel has parking, free local calls, same day valet service (Monday through Saturday), faxing and photocopying available, guest laundry facilities, gift shop with ATM machine, meeting/banquet space, and a complimentary 24-hour shuttle to the airport. Long term parking is available for $6 per day. Adequate

Stayed on the Charles Lindberg (4th) floor for two nights and it was adequate. There were a few more amenities but not worth paying extra. The interior was clean but dated. The area directly around the hotel was primarily other hotels and businesses. The area outside of that is bad. Felt nervous just driving around. Recommend staying at one of the newer hotels on the other side of 205. Thought it was strange that the front desk couldn’t print out an itemized bill.
 
 
 
 
 
THE WORST STAY EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service was the worst. The lights went out on a major holiday weekend and the matter was not address. No letter explaining what happened, no complimentary flash light, candles or check up call. I provided my contact number for management to contact me regarding the matter and was told I would hear from a manager by the end of the day. Management NEVER CALLED. It took a week for me to get in contact with management; through customer service. The cleaning service, half clean the room; they left thrash in the rooms and did not vacuum. The complimentary breakfast was, blah. We had no TV remote for the entire weekend and no one tried to repair the TV. We had to continuous get up and change the channel. THE WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!
 
 
 
 
 
Disappointed in Radisson Hotel

I was very disappointed in my stay at the Radisson Hotel Portland Airport. The $89.00 charge guaranteed a king size non smoking room. I was given a queen size in a handicapped room. The front desk was not helpful. I asked for an 8:00 am wake up call from the afternoon and evening desk clerk and still didn't get one. The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. The carpet was soiled and stained and looked like it had not been vacumed well. There was also a big rip in my top blanket.

Great Stay

Hotel was a little difficult to find but otherwise a great stay. Beds were ultra comfortable, discovered my sleep number was 30! Staff was extremely friendly, even when I was accidently charged twice for my stay. They fixed it ASAP. Hotel was a great deal, would stay here again.

Very Secluded

- Very obscure location hidden in office park against a golf course, very hard to find - Horrible Internet Access coverage - Horrible cellular coverage (Sprint) - Very nice business center

Attractively decorated and clean quiet rooms. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Very pleasant restaurant with great service. Convenient location near the airport and on a small lake.

Would stay there again!

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, it felt really comfortable. The front desk personnel was very friendly. The shuttle driver was also friendly. She took us to the airport so we could get our rental car. The room was very spacious & very clean. Excellent wireless internet connection. The hotel also had complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning. The location of the hotel is about 5 minutes away from the airport. Very convenient. I just wish that the gift shop was a little bigger. Very limited items. And also the laundry room could be bigger. There was only 1 washer & 1 dryer. Always a pleasure

We've always had a comfortable, quiet stay at the Radisson. The rooms are clean and neat, staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant is small, but the food has been good for the most part, although a little on the high side for price. However, we've managed to get a peaceful night's rest away from the noise of the airport. Definitely would stay again.

Always Reliable

We've stayed at the Radisson at Portland Airport several times and always found the rooms to be clean and quiet, the service friendly, and the small dining room to serve good quality food. If you're looking for some where to get a quiet, restful night's sleep before or after catching a flight, we highly recommend this facility.
